I had another issue after installing v25 on my desktop: Once I had my desktop restored to look like v24, I noticed that the Adjustments panel was blank-none of the small icons were showing. Once I have v25 installed, I assume I can safely uninstall v24 from both my desktop and laptop PCs. Can someone suggest what is going on here? Why don't I see the option to upgrade PS from v24 to v25 as I have in the past? I have not updated my laptop yet to v25, and I'm hoping to avoid having to export/import my settings again. In v24, I had to manually export my menus (including desktop layout), brushes and actions and then import them to v25. On my desktop, I manually installed v25 (from the All available list), but it did not give me the option to uninstall v24 or transfer all of my settings from v24 to v25. PS is showing in CC Desktop app as Available in my plan. I tried the troubleshooting tips with no luck. ![]() I am trying to figure out why PS is not showing as installed (on both the desktop and laptop). My desktop icon for Bridge now shows Bridge 2024. It correctly shows that Acrobat, LR, Bridge and Camera Raw are installed. When I open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and look in All Apps, it is not showing that I have PS installed, which I do-v24. I have the Creative Cloud Photography Plan. Both have all Windows updates applied and meet system requirements. ![]() I have run into an issue on two very new Dell Windows 11 PCs-desktop and laptop. ![]()
